  1. Choose different From addresses within the Donor thanks email and the bidder thanks email

    In communications, you can choose differentiating From addresses in all tab except the Donor thanks tab and the bidder tab. If you update the from address in the donor thanks, it update the from address in the bidder thanks. It would be beneficial to allow the users to choose different from addresses in those tabs as you can with the other.

  2. Need to be able to distinguish between Donors who wish to receive mail, email, or online only communications

    Would love check boxes that would allow me to check off whether donors would rather be contacted via mail, email, or an online application form (I guess phone could be an option, but that's not super relevant for me).
    It's not at all convenient to put this in the "notes" field, as it's not a searchable field, and it's labor intensive to sift through and find out who wants what.
    This week I printed a 17 page list of mailing labels, and spent 3 days whittling it down to 11 so that I wasn't mailing out an extra 200 letters…

  3. Bounce Back Emails Could Be Customized

    It would be great if we could customize the subject and body of the bounce-back emails for patrons to better communicate what the issue is and what they need to do to fix it.

  6. Allow attachments to Communications sent within ReadySetAuction

    ReadySetAuction should allow file attachments to e-mail Communications sent within the Control Center.
