Would love check boxes that would allow me to check off whether donors would rather be contacted via mail, email, or an online application form (I guess phone could be an option, but that's not super relevant for me).
It's not at all convenient to put this in the "notes" field, as it's not a searchable field, and it's labor intensive to sift through and find out who wants what.
This week I printed a 17 page list of mailing labels, and spent 3 days whittling it down to 11 so that I wasn't mailing out an extra 200 letters and wasting time, effort, and stamp money on that.
Checkboxes would eliminate that work in the future and save a TON of time.
I also need a way to easily pull a list of online only donors so someone can take that information (and a link to the page) and run with it.
