  1. Allow for Full Exporting of Tables

    It would be nice to be able to export an entire table (such as ALL fields in Bidders) rather than having to export two or three of your reports and have to merge query them together in an Access table. Please give full functionality to background tables to those who know what they want to do that you haven't though of yet.

  2. Add Custom Reporting (or include all applicable fields in the reports that you provide)

    Some of your reports do not include important fields that would be useful for reviewing records. (ie "Packaging Status" report does not include Package Description and Donation Comments, which would be useful to verify that all pertinent information was included when the package was created... another example is on the Data Exchange Page, the "Item/Services Donation Report" does not include a Donation #). I realize that you can't please everyone so maybe adding a custom report feature, allowing users to create reports from all available fields would be the answer.   3. Place Donor Contact Information on RSA Generated Gift Certificates

    How are winners supposed to know who to contact when they win an item? It would be very helpful if RSA could give the option to include the donor information on the gift certificate. I'm having to manually go in and add it to all gift certificates, therefore adding that info twice.

  4. Have the ability to export a spreadsheet with multiple years of data

    I would like to be able view a list of donors and their past three or more years of donations.

  5. Print Specific Bid Sheets

    It would be nice to be able to select a single package's bid sheet for printing. No need to print them all again when only one or a few packages have changed and need new bid sheets.

  6. Bidder Names on Bid Card (Paddle)

    It would be a great improvement for Bid Cards to be printed with the associated bidder guest names on them. We had so many problems with people picking up the wrong bidder card at the Silent/Live Auction that last year we typed the names on each of our 400 cards!

  7. Be able to set a default date on gift certificate expiration

    Currently you have to change the date to your desired date on every GC. It would be much easier if you could set a default (like one year from date of event) and make changes for exceptions only.

  8. Make Expiration Date Optional for System-Generated Gift Certificates

    Some donors want us to create a gift certificate for them and want no expiration date. Currently we have to enter a date. The workaround is to edit the RTF file prior to printing but that's time-consuming and apt to be forgotten in the busy days before an event.

    This would allow us to tell a table sponsor who requests it, how much total money his/her table spent/donated for/at the event.

  14. Images in Bid/Purchase Sheets

    Being able to display images in the bid sheets/purchase sheets would be very helpful. It would be another way the Bidder is able to view what they are bidding on to help them decide if they want to bid on the item.

  15. Add Business Name to Patron Notes Report

    When pulling a Patron Notes Report it does not show the Business Name, just the Custom Addressee Name so there's no way to know which Patron record the note belongs to. This is an urgent matter to be be able to manage Patron notes.
