Offer the option to download donor thank you letters for only donors who have not yet been thanked
Currently, the Donor Thank You Letters file under Printed Materials will download a file of all donors who have given, even if they have already been thanked. There should be an option similar to what is offered for thank you e-mails where a file can be downloaded for only donors who have not yet been thanked.

A nice feature rendered useless by the inability of the system to recognize donors who were already thanked.

Yes, definitely this. I downloaded mine, 133 pages. my list of those "not thanked" is only 46. And the download doc is not even listed alphabetical by donor! This means I have to cross reference the list of those not thanked, and scroll through the entire 133 page word doc to find the right page, to tell the printer which page to print, because I am not going to print 90 unnecessary pages. It's a massive waste of time and resources.
