  1. Allow single function record sales and check out for Buy in parties or raffle only sales

    Similar to Quick Method to Sell Sponsorships & RSVP where sales entry and checkout can be a single step. We keep having to delete recorded sales at check out, because the payment only covered some of the recorded sales. Then you have to reenter those sales and checkout again. Too many steps.
