Allow patrons more account options
Allow guests who have registered and paid for their tickets to be able to manage their meal choices, people in their party & other details. This would make having table hosts much easier. Right now when someone buys 10 seats (1 table) they have to enter the information about the guests right away. They can leave this section blank, but then they need to take the additional steps of letting a staff person know the information about their table guests and we have to enter the information. It would be much more user friendly for our patrons to be able to add this information themselves.
We also had some early registrations that came in before choosing a meal was an option - if there was a way to notify guests to update their account and pick their meal this would cut a lot of steps out!

If my staff creates a ticket for someone without their meal choice, it will never prompt the attendee to pick even after it prompts them to create an account. It would be fantastic if we could make sure that any missing information is added to an attendees account after it was created initially by staff.

The ability to revisit the account and update guest information could be the deciding factor on using this program. There doesn't seem to be any advantages over DPO events except for the auction donation form.

I agree with Stacie! And I've used software where guests can manage their accounts (whether they have purchased a ticket or been comped one or are at a hosted table etc). If the school/organization has the guest name/email, when they are invited to create an account they have the option to add cards etc.
This would speed check-in up immensely! -

In addition to that, I would like attendees to be able to manage their own credit card information, AFTER, they have purchased a ticket. We have a large number of people that DID NOT check the box to save their credit card information.
We now have to staff a position in order to manage people adding in their credit card info.
This should be part of each attendee "managing their own account."
Thank you,
Stacie Joseph
