Patrons could access their same account information from one year to the next.
The software allows you to roll donors and patrons forward from the prior year, but if you do that, the patrons are not able to access those accounts that have been rolled over. They still have to re-enter all of their information at each event. Making matters worse, they cant set up a new account if the email they want to use is already in the system, so they have to have a second email to register to buy a ticket or bid. Most of our patrons dont have two email addresses, and even if they did, then there are duplicate accounts set up in RSA. This is very confusing for our patrons. If we don't roll the patrons forward, then we cant use the donor communication features to invite them to bid or even attend the event, so why even have those features?
Please amend the software so that donor accounts can be rolled from one event to the next and accessed by the donor.
