Bidders Not Receiving Confirmation Emails After Account Creation

We are experiencing an issue where several bidders are unable to receive their confirmation emails after creating an account. This prevents them from completing registration and participating in our auction event.
Details / Concerns:
Multiple bidders have reported that they never received the confirmation email, even after checking spam and junk folders.
The problem seems inconsistent—some bidders receive the message successfully, while others do not.
We confirmed that their email addresses were entered correctly during the account creation process.
We attempted resending the confirmation email, but they still did not receive it.
Without email verification, these bidders cannot log in or place bids, which affects the overall participation and fairness of the event.
