We encourage all families at our school to gather donated items for our auction, and we monitor this information. The only way to find out if donations were asked by certain families at this time is to enter each family as "event staff" and designate them as solicitors. It's a pain. RSA must be able to track the soliciting family or individual as well as the donating person or company without adding every single family as event workers.
