Sell tickets without requiring password creation
There is no reason to require account creation for a ticket purchase or donation. This step is so cumbersome that it is turning some people off. We're trying to direct them to call our front desk and do it over the phone to bypass this, but that is also cumbersome. It also wastes our staff's time. The simpler and faster this process can be, the more people will be willing to participate. These roadblocks cost us money.

Completely agree with this. There are also people in accounting departments purchasing sponsorships, you want them to create an account just to make a payment?
