An error occurred while saving the comment cynthia commentedNobody uses our RSA form to make donations, items or cash, because they don't want to make an account. They just want to make a donation.

An error occurred while saving the comment cynthia commentedI would ask for the trial to start as soon as the real one is set up. We need to test the processes and train the people who will help with ticket sales and data entry from the beginning, not just right before the event.

An error occurred while saving the comment cynthia commentedAbsolutely! Without help in changing the bid times on each item, our auction would have been a disaster. There's no way to know beforehand things like how long the speakers will actually take, how long it will take for everyone to get their food, etc. There are a lot of factors dictating when the auction will need to close. There needs to be a "close all in 10 minutes" (or something like that) option.

There is no way to predict what time the auction needs to close until the event is underway. We also need smaller increments than 15 minutes. That can be an eternity in the middle of an event.
