Move to App Based Mobile Bidding
Process to set up an account is way too click heavy. Please move to an App - based model where folks can download app, enter mobile number and be authenticated this way and store credit card in App. THIS IS MUCH EASIER AND SMOOTHER.
We may have to switch away from RSA if we can't have you build an App architecture.

The sign up process definitely needs to be improved. The extra steps are a big problem for us.
