Ability to Edit Locked Items
I would like the ability to edit locked items such as packages, sponsorships, tickets etc. without having to remove them from a patrons record.

Another situation where this would be useful is if a sponsor has signed up for the $250 level, say, but then they send us a check for $300. We really want to record the additional $50 as sponsorship money (not a cash gift) so we then have to create a new sponsorship level at $300 apply it to them, move the guests, and remove the original sponsorship. It would be so much simpler just to be able to change the price of the sponsorship.

This is especially necessary if a sponsor can't use all the tickets that come with their sponsorship level. It is a royal pain to have to create a new sponsorship level with the new # of tickets, move all the guest RSVPs from the original sponsorship to the new one, then delete the original one. And even more difficult if we have already received the sponsorship payment, which has to be undone and re-done.
