    This is an issue. Our accounting person disliked this due to not being able to match the daily deposits up correctly.

    We have started to transition over to the option on all of our DP forms and your donors love this feature. We had our first RSA auction and several donors were asking where the cover cost button was. This would be a great feature to have in RSA.

  3. have the event website as such that returning donors/bidders do not have to request/create a new account for the new event.

    With all of our events going virtual and back to back. This suggestion is very important to us. We had a different platform we used and we didn't have his issue. The bidder had the same login and password for the event online auction we set up. We choose to move over to RSA because of the DP connection not knowing this would not be an easy transition for our bidders. This is really a set back to RSA in our eyes....because we want it to be as smooth as possible for our bidders.
