This mismatch between HTML and RTF versions has caused real problems in our office. We had a bid sheet go out with missing item descriptions because the HTML version didn't pull the full text, while the RTF showed everything correctly. The buyer ended up confused and we had to resend everything. Having consistent formatting across both formats is essential, especially when you're dealing with documents that need to be legally binding or require accurate pricing information. I always double-check which version I'm sending now, and I wish the system would just default to one consistent layout. It is frustrating when you take the time to format something carefully and the other version strips out important details. I had to send a corrected bid sheet to a client quickly and ended up using https://mfax.to/ to get it through because the platform preserved the formatting properly. This kind of inconsistency undermines trust in the system, and fixing it would save a lot of time and avoid embarrassing mistakes. Users should not have to worry about which format they choose.
