Our organization likes to send timely hand written thank you notes to our patrons to thank our patrons as well as send them "day of" instructions for our event.
Currently there is not a way for us to automatically know when a ticket has been purchased. One has to pull a daily report to capture this information. It would be great if staff could be emailed a receipt to notify them that someone had purchased a ticket.Spencer Munro supported this idea ·
