Simplify Creating an Account
Right now it is a process to create an account for the Event Website. It would be nice if this was more of a streamline process. They should not have to request an account before creating an account online. This is an unnecessary step.

This is incredibly off-putting for donors. My executive director literally just said to me, if she had known this was required, we wouldn't have signed our contract.

I think that the registering of an account should be built into the checkout process and does not send you out of the check out system completely.

As of our release on 8/21/18, we have updated the event website to allow users to view their ticket and sponsorship options prior to creating an account.

It would be nice if when a new User gets to the Event Website they are not prompted to register before being able to purchase a ticket or donate a sponsorship. The registration should come after they are able to view the different options of tickets/sponsorship.
