Remove fixed-price items from their online cart
If a bidder inadvertently selects two of a particular package, an event staff member must remove the duplicate item through the Control Center. Bidders should be able to edit their own shopping carts prior to purchase.

Editing a cart is key! I had people at our last event just give up and not purchase anything that was in their cart because they couldn't edit it.

I completely agree! Donors are used to online shopping where you can add to or remove items from your cart. This would make things much more user-friendly and easier on staff.
