Change messaging that displays on event website before eCatalog opens
Under Auction Catalog > Categories, can the message be changed from 'The Catalog is empty. Come back soon' to something like 'The Catalog will be available on November 4th starting at 7:00am'?
Under Tickets, can we have the option to make the Tell Us Who Is Coming page be required rather than optional? The meal choices in particular are on this page and I anticipate will save us time following up if people are required to make their meal selection at the time of purchasing their tickets.7 votes -
When somebody wins an auction item, if there was a way to put a button on that page that allows them to "pay now"
When somebody wins an auction item, there should be a way to put a button on that page that allows them to "pay now". Right now once an item was won, you have to hit "home," then on the right-hand side, hit "check out." This should be more simple.

Sort eCatalog by Price
Our donors need to be able to sort packages by price, high to low or low to high, when looking through the eCatalog.

Remove the Special Instructions page
It would be helpful if we had the option to remove the Special Instructions page when guests are purchasing tickets on the website. We don't always have a need for the page and do not want it to be available for guests to fill out.

Make different online account types for donors and bidders
Currently, a patron is required to create a "Bidder" account when attempting to purchase a sponsorship or give a donation through the event website. This causes issues when a business attempts to donate or purchase a sponsorship through the website as there is no way for them to designate themselves as a business in doing so (especially since business donors cannot also be bidders in ReadySetAuction).

Ticket Purchases Select Table
We want the ticket buyer to have a designed table selection (that we can pre-fill) to be able to choose to sit at on the online website when purchasing a ticket.

Event site shouldn't display blank meal choice column if meal wasn't offered
If an organization does not offer a meal choice for ticket purchases, this column shouldn't display. What happens right now is when you buy tickets online, if you select multiple tickets and enter a guest name, then in the Review & Checkout Section you can click the magnifying glass next to the number of attendees which shows a grid that includes a blank column for meal choice. This may cause ticket buyers to think they missed filling out part of the purchase, even though the field was never offered to them.

Allow ALL patrons to store credit card information without making a purchase
This was a previous idea marked "already exists" by RSA Support. It does and it does not (see RSA Support response below). EVERYONE who creates an account should have the option to store their credit card at sign up or any other point (e.g. through My Account>My Settings). Then we should have the ability to see who is attending who has not stored a cc, and send them a reminder to do so (including guests / guests of tables, not just those who purchased tickets directly). This would allow us to not have to gather cc info at check-in but…

Make it easier to navigate back to the Homepage
Once I look at the Event Catalog, it's really really hard to figure out how to get back to the event home page. It took me four different attempts.

Have option for ticket purchase to require stored credit card
Now that we have the option to require a stored credit card for bidding, it would be great if there was a similar option under Admin > Event Settings to require that the card used to purchase tickets be stored - some clients have events where this may be their best time to capture this information and it would make more sense to store card info at time of ticket purchase, rather than at the time of bidding.

Sell tickets without requiring password creation
There is no reason to require account creation for a ticket purchase or donation. This step is so cumbersome that it is turning some people off. We're trying to direct them to call our front desk and do it over the phone to bypass this, but that is also cumbersome. It also wastes our staff's time. The simpler and faster this process can be, the more people will be willing to participate. These roadblocks cost us money.

There is a character limit in the closing message. Each time you add an image that adds to the character limit. Need this fixed.

Offer Free Tickets (RSVPs) Online
We would like to allow people to RSVP online. Some guests might not receive an invite to a corporate table or (personally sponsored) hosted table. We want those who see our website to make 1 of 3 decisions: 1) sponsor a table, 2) host a table, and/or 3) RSVP to the event for FREE.
As Admin, I can then add the person/RSVP to a table and/or 'party'.
