Offer a bulk patron delete option
Deleting patrons from ReadySetAuction is a tedious process since you must first remove the donor/bidder designation from the record, and then delete the patron record itself. There should be a global delete option in ReadySetAuction where a filter can be set, and any patron who fits that criteria immediately deleted.

Let users bulk renumber bidders with different ranges based on attending status
Currently, the bulk renumbering of bidders assigns all bidders a number based on a starting number, regardless of their attendance status. It would be great if we could give all our attending bidders a lower number (say, 100-500), and then our non-attending bidders a much higher number (1000+), without having to assign the numbers in the middle.

Link bidders within a single party for easy navigation
If I am looking at the bidder record for person A, I should easily be able to get to person B, who is the second member in their party. It should just be a link. Right now I have to use three tabs for this: one for person A, another for that RSVP-by-party report, and a third for person B, who I have to search on.

Offer the option to perform a bulk removal of bidder numbers
One of the default Actions on Bidders should be the option to perform a bulk removal of bidder numbers. Currently, one would need to go into each individual patron record in order to remove the assigned bidder number.

Couples with two separate patron records should be able to share an email address
This would make the check-in process for couples much easier.

Create a bulk duplicate merge function
Currently, duplicate merges can only be performed on an individual basis. This is not reasonable if there are large numbers of duplicate records in the database. There should be a bulk duplicate merge or automatic de-dupe option offered.

The "Select All" feature on the Manage Bidders/Manage Donors page should select all on ALL pages
Currently, in most situations, "Select All" will only select patrons on the current page. It is incredibly time consuming to perform an action on every single page of patrons. "Select All" should truly select all designated donors/bidders, or there should be the option to display all records on a single page.

Add more filter options to the Patrons section
There should be additional filter options when searching/performing a drill-down on patrons, such as "purchased admission tickets" or "assigned/unassigned to party".

Offer the ability to add/edit a credit card on any payment processing screen
Currently, not all credit card options for patrons (add/edit/delete) are available in the "Process Payment" areas of the website. A user should be able to add/delete a patron's credit card in all areas where recording a payment is an option. Perhaps include an "Accounts" tab in each individual patron record for easy management.

Let users renumber bidders in bulk up to the day of the event
At this time, the action to "Renumber All Bidders" is only available as an option in the Actions on Bidders menu up until the day before the event. The only option left at this point is to manually renumber all bidders. This can be cumbersome and time-consuming. The "Renumber All Bidders" option should remain available through the day of the event.

Allow Notes to be Edited and Deleted
We often add Notes to a Patron's record for others to handle. For example, the Reservations people enter Notes for the people handling the Table Assignments. But sometimes that information needs to be edited or deleted, and currently that is not allowed.

Allow users to assign solicitor to multiple records at one time
I would like to be able to see a list of all donors and be able to check 50 boxes next to their names to make those 50 names have a particular solicitor. Right now, I have to go in to each donor and change the solicitor. It's a giant pain. We are a PTO and have new solicitors every year and I hate entering them one by one. This would be the BIGGEST improvement

Enable the salutation field to be imported
The salutation is the only patron field that is not able to be uploaded into RSA. It is importaint to be able to both formally, and informally address our patrons. When importing from our DPO system, this is a key peice of information.

Contact Email Address Not Unique
Let the email address associated to a Contact on a Business Donor record be a duplicate to an email address for an individual. Many times you want to list the Donor for a sponsorship or an auction donation as a business, but the contact that you should send a thank you to at that business record is also an individual bidder. Without being able to duplicate emails you either have to list the donor as the individual, or you have no way to email a thank you note for the business record.

Allow "Ask Selected" to b updated for donors without emails
Right now, when you are sending out solicitations to your entire database, the only way to change the Asked Status to "yes" is to generate an email solicitation through RSA. So, any business without an associated email will not have their status changed to "yes". However, when you send out mail to all of these businesses, there should be a way to change them all to yes in bulk instead of having to change the status individually. This is important as you continue to add new businesses to the database so that you can search all those with a "no"…

Shared Bidder Numbers Need to be Reflected in Reports
Merge Bidders Using the Same Bidder # in Printed Materials - I think allowing couples to have the same bidder number is great, but the reports don't reflect that relationship. There needs to be a way that couples can share a bidder number and have all of reports/communications recognize that as well, especially when it comes time to send thank you letters!

Allow patrons more account options
Allow guests who have registered and paid for their tickets to be able to manage their meal choices, people in their party & other details. This would make having table hosts much easier. Right now when someone buys 10 seats (1 table) they have to enter the information about the guests right away. They can leave this section blank, but then they need to take the additional steps of letting a staff person know the information about their table guests and we have to enter the information. It would be much more user friendly for our patrons to be able…

Be able to delete donors from the donor info page
There should be a button to delete a patron when you are on that donor's specific page. Right now it seems like you have to be on the page that lists all the donors.

Identify that a donor note exists
On the update donor page if a note exists mark the 'notes' tab with the number of notes existing for the donor.
