Allow for 2-3 customizable fields under donor status for ability to track additional items
Other than "asked", "donated", & "thanked", it would be a great to have 2-3 "customizable" fields that allow our procurement team to track other things that they require (ie. "prospects", "ask in 2015", etc)

I also agree. Some of our donors give every other year, others want the solicitation request to be in person, etc. We used to track this in the "Comments" field, but now there is no way (as far as I can tell) to track this via RSA.

I agree. This is the first year we've used an online auction. We imported last year's items so that we could easily fill out the forms for this year (typically the same donors give us the same items). However, there's not a great way to identify these past donations. It would be nice to have a customizable field where we could say something like "Past donation".
