  1. Shared Bidder Numbers Need to be Reflected in Reports

    Merge Bidders Using the Same Bidder # in Printed Materials - I think allowing couples to have the same bidder number is great, but the reports don't reflect that relationship. There needs to be a way that couples can share a bidder number and have all of reports/communications recognize that as well, especially when it comes time to send thank you letters!

  2. Identify that a donor note exists

    On the update donor page if a note exists mark the 'notes' tab with the number of notes existing for the donor.

  3. Create "Online Submission Only" donor fields

    Many MANY businesses have now established their own online donation request site. I got about a dozen of my request letters responded to by people telling me that I had to go to their website to apply for a donation.
    Currently I'm using first name "Online" and last name "Only" to mark these for myself, and the "Notes" field for the web address, but this is cumbersome. Since it seems more and more prevalent, I don't think this is out of bounds, but rather the direction a lot of companies are going.

  4. More flexibility with the "asked" feature

    Please make it possible to batch edit the "asked" status for donors when on the main donor list without having to send an email.

  5. Be able to delete donors from the donor info page

    There should be a button to delete a patron when you are on that donor's specific page. Right now it seems like you have to be on the page that lists all the donors.

  6. Allow patrons more account options

    Allow guests who have registered and paid for their tickets to be able to manage their meal choices, people in their party & other details. This would make having table hosts much easier. Right now when someone buys 10 seats (1 table) they have to enter the information about the guests right away. They can leave this section blank, but then they need to take the additional steps of letting a staff person know the information about their table guests and we have to enter the information.   7. Better management of contacts

    I'd like to see contact lists be more like the ones we use in Gmail. For example, currently you can assign donors and bidders to "affiliations".

    For existing contacts, it would be great if you could select a group of donor contacts and add them all to a particular affiliation. Currently, you have to click on each contact and separately add them to the affiliation group.

    Also, there's no way to sort lists by multiple affiliations. For example, what if I want a list of donors who are in affiliations "church and NOT school".

  8. Add import/export id as a search field when select "find a donor"

    In order to maximize the use of that import/export id (which would be a unique identifier for every donor whether its a school family or a vendor) it would be extremely helpful, when adding a donation, to be able to search for a record by that id #.

  9. Quick Method to Sell Sponsorships and RSVP

    Selling a sponsorship and recording an RSVP for the sale is currently a two step process. Record the sponsorship sale (as a donation under the Donations tab), then record the RSVP (under the RSVPs tab). This process could be streamlined to behave more like ticket sales, by adding a "Sell Sponsorships & RSVP" button to the Patrons > RSVPs tab.
