  2. We could order items on our online catalog for virtual auctions. Also didn't like how "Request an Account" implied approval process.

    I agree - this is a huge miss for RSA! I was shocked when I figured out there is not the ability to send out texts to bidders. Last year we used a system that did. We sent out messages to let folks know when the bidding opened, warnings when the auction was about to close, reminders to get raffle tickets, requests to fund a need and more.
