An error occurred while saving the comment Ahood commentedThis is especially helpful when adding things before the eCatalog opens. At least you (organization admin/staff members) would have some idea of how the item/package looks to bidders in advance of it being shown to bidders.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ahood commentedIncreasing the limit on the number of characters allowed would give organizations more flexibility in the information they provide on individual items within packages and also to highlight (bold, underline, add links, etc.) key items in the description - without using up the character count for text formatting). An increase of 500-1,000 characters would be great. Unlimited characters, as featured on other auction websites with text color options too, would be ideal.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ahood commentedThis is a HIGHLY valuable tool which would allow staff and admins to be sure their auction items and packages are properly displayed and accurate BEFORE it becomes available to the bidding audience. It would be nice to enter an item/package and them immediately see how it would display to bidders. Having the eCatalog only available during the preview window cheats organizations out of time that could be used to have bidders preview/bid/purchase items - which is detrimental to the organizations, costing them time and money in their auctions.

I was surprised by the challenges faced when trying to move unsold or carry over items from one auction to the next. In my experience with other auction programs/software, it was an automatic a seamless transfer of any unsold items to the new auction/event. This was GREAT! It saved time and allowed our staff to either include or exclude the items that carried over or were previously unsold. Adding this as a simple, automatic and seamless feature would be a HUGE benefit to organizations.
