    Also have a "Create Your Account" email separate from the Invite email. We are having trouble getting patrons to set up their accounts. The feedback we are told is they assumed they were being invited again based on the subject line and never open the email.

    If you add a numerical value to the title of the package, #1, #2... They will show in that order in the e-catalog. I just did this for our live auction packages.
