    I want to be able to show a list to each solicitor showing what has come in
    in terms of both items and sponsorships, and by default what they still
    need to get.

    Item/Service Donation gives the item and the amount but not the donor or
    the solicitor
    Solicitor Status gives Solicitor and donor and amount but not the item
    Cash Donations and Sponsorship sales includes sponsors and monetary
    donations but not the solicitor

    I would like a report that shows items/monies received with both item name
    and donor name, value, and solicitor.

    In addition, it would be very useful to have a Seating and Meals Report to show Tables and aldo include information about whether or not guests have paid. 2 weeks before the event we want Table Hosts to make sure their attendees have submitted RSVPs AND paid, made meal selections, etc.

    We receive payments via paypal, and there is no way to enter that info, so we have to enter as cash or check, which throws off our bookkeeping. I don't want to be prompted to enter a credit card for a credit card or paypal payment that has already been run in house.

    We should be able to put advance payments on account, and apply winning bid amounts to that account....
