  2. have the event website as such that returning donors/bidders do not have to request/create a new account for the new event.

    I am extremely pleased with RSA's programs with the exception of this issue. We are utilizing the program to hold monthly raffles and auctions in addition to using it for events and making my patrons create new users month after month creates frustration on both ends. I want to be able to give our patrons a streamlined way of 'donating' to our organization and this has put a hitch into that.
