An error occurred while saving the comment Martha Auld commentedAnother comment on this - often our auction chair wants us to assign bidder numbers based on their history of buying live auction items - so the if the auctioneer sees someone bidding with a number starting at 400, then he can change a bit how the bidding progresses. This is very manually intensive when we have to go in and change each person's bid number individually.

An error occurred while saving the comment Martha Auld commentedWe have created an excel spreadsheet that combines the two reports, and get two reports - those with credit cards preregistered, and those who haven't. But even that is tough, for there is so much going on and no time to do much. And then when we print "open invoices", we do manually have to sort who has preregistered card (and stamp invoice "Paid"), and who hasn't (two lines at checkout).

Thank you for this great idea! We are in the very beginning stages of working on a solution to incorporate this feature into ReadySetAuction! We will keep you updated here!

But they normally want to purchase the auction items with a credit card. So we must "check out" everyone who has paid with case before we enter in auction winners - lots of time pressure on the staff.

It would be great if you could see the user ID of the last change on the record, so we know who needs more training.
