    In conjunction with this, change the "Notes" report so that ALL notes that have been entered will appear in the same row. As it is now, each time a note is added for a bidder, donor, et al., a new entry is created in the Notes report. Sometimes, we add a note that consists of a comment or question, and then later we add a note that updates the comment or answers the question. These show up as two separate notes for a single guest. In such cases, it would be much more convenient to be able to edit existing notes to reflect these updates and to print them so they show up in the report as a single note.

  3. Tag purchases that have gift cards included for pick up at check out.

    This is already fairly easy. During check-in: After entering the city name, press Tab, and the cursor will move to the State field. Type IL (for Illinois), press Return to "set" the state in that field, and then press Tab again to move to the ZIP field. There is no need to scroll through the long list of states.
