    This is the BIGGEST problem with RSA and why I don't recommend the software unless you are stuck with it as part of DP. Almost ALL of our tickets are sponsor guests. Not only is it a huge waste of time to enter the info manually (and makes us look silly that we use google forms...) but it also makes it harder to engage our guests. If we could have a complimentary ticket or connect them to a sponsor to enter their own ticket, they would create their RSA account before the event. PLEASE RSA do something about this!!!
