    The amount of time wasted to figure out why a donor/bidder from a previous event isn't able to receive an invite from a new event. The roll over information from one event to another should be seamless for our donors/bidders wanting to support our fundraiser. This is very embarrassing when a donor calls and is extremely frustrated because of this issue. This needs to be corrected ASAP. I had to figure our a work around.
    The message below is very misleading...

    Sorry, we could not find the invitation record you requested. It may have expired, or it may have already been used (an invitation can only be used once). Please contact Good Sam of Garland to request a new invitation.

    If you know that your invitation is current and unused, the link might have been broken by your email program’s line-wrapping. Try copying the link from your invitation message and pasting it into your browser’s address bar.
