    Yes! Couples are each receiving a letter currently. Also, the system should not generate letters for bidders that did not win/purchase anything! The editing becomes very time consuming with the way letters are currently generated.

    Customizing reports that would then be able to be exported would be extremely helpful in creating acknowledgement letters because merging data from different files does not work. A detailed monetary pledge report with patrons and amounts (not just a $ total) is needed.
