    This is another huge miss for Ready Set Auction. We need to be able to have programmed messages that will be sent to bidders as a countdown to the close of the auction. We were able to do this in our previous auction platform and it helped to keep bidders engaged and thus increased our profits.

  2. Allow manual text messages to be sent out. This way we can communicate more than just auction notifications

    Our former platform allowed us to send messages to bidders throughout the event. This is a huge miss for Ready Set Auction and needs to be added! These texts always served as great calls to action. The outbid reminder texts to bidders are not enough.
