    I've had similar issues with spreadsheets before, especially with exporting to different formats. Did you try exporting as a PDF instead of a CSV or Excel file? I found that keeps formatting more consistent. If so, it would prevent paddle numbers going missing when assigning paddle numbers to each bidder.
