The report shows all the donors on the current donor list. If there is no donation for the current event or if there are no donations for the donor marked received, then the donations cell is blank for that donor.

To create a report that only shows donors that have donated for the current year:

• Export the Consolidated Donations by Donor Report (this event)
• Save and open as an Excel file
• Click on Data
• Click on Filter
• Open the drop down menu in Donations column
• Uncheck the box for 'Blanks'
• Click 'Okay'

Important Note: Only donations that have a delivery status of 'received' show up in this report.
