If a couple shares a bidder number, can they still bid on their own smartphones?

Yes. Regardless of whether the couple is sharing a bidding number, each member of the couple can bid separately on their own smartphone.

And whatever each of them wins/buys during eBidding (i.e. mobile/online/electronic bidding) will appear on each of their own invoices. Therefore, each member of the couple will need to check out for what he/she won during eBidding.
