How to See Whether a Bidder Has Purchased a Ticket

If a bidder has been assigned to a Party, she has either purchased her own ticket or is coming as the guest of another bidder who purchased a ticket for her. Therefore, the "Party" status of the bidder indicates whether she has a ticket to your event.

There are two easy ways to see if a bidder has been assigned to a party:
  1. View the RSVP Party Assignment by Party report (Reports > Activity Reports).
  2. View the individual bidder's Bidder Info tab (Patrons > Bidders > Manage => click on a bidder's name).
