How to Print Solicitation Letters & Mailing Labels

To print solicitation letters:
  1. Customize the language for your letters (Patrons > Communications > Solicitations).
  2. Download the Donor Solicitation Letters from Patrons > Printed Materials > Donor Materials. Be sure to open the file using Microsoft Word. Then print the letters from Word.
  3. Download the Donor Mailing Labels from Patrons > Printed Materials > Donor Materials. Be sure to open the file using Microsoft Word. Then print the labels from Word.
