You can find the printed Bidder Thank You Letters at Patrons > Printed Materials > Bidder Materials > Bidder Thank You Letters. These letters use the same custom message body as your Bidder Thanks email found at Patrons > Communications > Bidder Thanks.

In order for a consolidated receipt to be included in the letter, the "{%bidder_receipt%}" tag must be included in the message body.

The {%bidder_receipt%} tag is included in the message body text at purchase. If it is not currently there, then a staff member has removed it during the editing process.
