How do I print Donor Thank You Letters that include donations?

You can find the printed Donor Thank You Letters at Patrons > Printed Materials > Donor Materials > Donor Thank You Letters. These letters use the same custom message body as your Donor Thanks email found at Patrons > Communications > Donor Thanks.

There are two requirements for a donation to appear in the Thank You Letter:

  1. The donation must have a delivery status of "received" on the Update Donation page
  2. The {%donor_receipt%} tag must be included in the message body
The {%donor_receipt%} tag is included in the message body text at purchase. If it is not currently there, then a staff member has removed it during the editing process.
