- Set up your Admission Ticket types: Setup > Admission Tickets
IMPORTANT! Each admission ticket you sell
fills a single seat at your event. In order to sell multi-seat admission
(e.g. a “couple” ticket or an entire table), you must set up
sponsorship levels. - Set up the Meal Choices: Setup > Meal Choices
- Set up the Tables: Setup > Tables
To record the RSVP of someone who purchases a ticket or tickets:
- Go to Patrons > RSVPs.
- For Does this guest need to buy tickets?, click Yes.
- Select, Find or Add the Bidder.
- Enter the number of tickets this person is purchasing.
- Click “Next: Confirm Tickets.”
- Review the purchase, and click “Next: Process Payment.”
- Select a Payment Method or add a credit card (if you’ve established a merchant account connection).
- Click “Process Payment.”
- Record the RSVPs of those people,
including the purchaser, using the tickets that were just purchased. At
this time you can also record the table assignment and meal choice for
each guest.
- Click “Save Changes.”
To record the RSVP of someone attending as the guest of another person (that is, (s)he’s not purchasing her/his own ticket):
- Go to Patrons > RSVPs.
- For Does this guest need to buy tickets?, click No.
- From the pull down menu, choose the appropriate Party of ticket.
- Select, Find or Add New Guest.
- Choose the table assignment and meal choice for the guest.
- Click “Save Changes.”
