If a bidder makes too many unsuccessful attempts to change his or her account password or bidding PIN, the account will become locked (inaccessible to the bidder) as a security precaution. If this occurs, you can unlock the bidder's account by manually resetting the bidder's PIN via the Control Center on the bidder's Bidder Info page under the Patrons tab. Once you choose a new PIN for the bidder, the associated account will be restored to an unlocked state.
